As lifelong residents of Crossville, Dr. McShan and Dr. Qualls are passionate about bringing exceptional dental care to their hometown and the Upper Cumberland region. Both doctors have completed advanced training through the Engel Institute. Dr. McShan has over 16 years of experience, is a graduate of the Kois Center, and focuses on full-service care, from routine preventive wellness to complex smile restorations like implants and extractions. Dr. Qualls, inspired by his own dental journey following an injury, brings 5 years of experience, is currently enrolled at the Kois Center, and has a patient-focused approach to treatments like implants and grafting. Together, they’ve built Legacy Dental to serve their community with integrity, advanced care, and a personal touch.

Dr Qualls is a fine young man and has done a great job. I have had a filling and a crown replaced with minimal pain even though I requested no numbing.
